Fleece Baby Blanket

My friend Barb made me a soft and cuddly fleecy blanket for my birthday this year. She took two pieces of fleece, laid them on top of each other, cut fringe along each edge and then tied the two pieces in a knot holding them together. Whaaa-la! A fleecy blankie...warm and cuddly. They sell them in kits or you can customize your blanket by just buying a few yards of fleece from the bolt. Last week my friend Peggy became a grandma to a beautiful little baby girl so I decided to make one for her sweet Amaya. I remember being a new mom and you can always use another blanket. It's soft, warm and washes up nicely. This one would be great to take along in the car or to put down on the floor for tummy time. Stay warm sweet baby! One little oopsy though...while I was shopping the other day, I looked at one of the kits they had put together and there was a type-o in the fleece! Good thing I noticed that. Whoops!
